Shipping policy

Time limit for completion

1. The order fulfillment time may vary from 1-4 business days.
2. Most of the products are in stock, but it may happen that we currently do not have a given size or pattern and it will be made especially for you.
3. We make most of the prints at home.
4. If you need a product already, please contact us before ordering to verify product availability.
5. You will receive the deadline for completion by e-mail after placing the order and checking the availability of the product.

Delivery

1. We ship all orders via DPD courier.
2. The delivery cost is PLN 20.
3. Usually, parcels arrive within 24 working hours of dispatch, but the suggested delivery date is 24-48 working hours.
4. Couriers deliver parcels between 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM.
5. Unfortunately, we have no influence on what time it will deliver it to you.
6. You can try to make an appointment with the courier for delivery: in the e-mail with the shipping confirmation you will receive the number of the bill of lading and the contact details of the courier company.
7. If the courier does not find you at home, he should leave a note with a telephone contact to himself.
8. If possible, please provide the delivery address where someone will be available during the delivery hours.
9. After the shipment has been shipped, we will send you a shipment confirmation along with the bill of lading number.
